GIGI Beauty Center

GIGI Beauty Center is a new and elegant beauty salon located in the heart of Dubai, aiming to offer luxury beauty experiences to modern women who seek style, care, and sophistication. With only a physical salon in place, GIGI approached THE MOOB to build their full brand identity and digital presence from the ground up. We delivered a complete package, including branding, a stunning website, social media setup, and marketing launch support to ensure they shine in a highly competitive beauty market.

The Challenge

GIGI Beauty Center had no existing brand identity or digital presence. They wanted to launch their salon with a luxurious and distinctive brand image that immediately stood out both offline and online. They needed a professional website, engaging social media content, and a cohesive branding identity to attract the right audience and communicate the salon’s high-end positioning.

The Research

We conducted a deep dive into Dubai’s beauty industry trends, analyzing top competitors and the most engaging content styles in luxury salon branding. We explored feminine elegance, visual softness, and emotional connection, studying how beauty brands present themselves through color palettes, imagery, typography, and customer experience. We also researched optimal user experience (UX) for service booking, showcasing promotions, and salon discovery through Google Maps and direct CTAs.

The Solution

We began by designing a graceful and iconic logo featuring the silhouette of a woman’s face in profile, elegantly styled with hair and lashes to reflect the salon’s core services. The wordmark “GIGI” was customized to reflect prestige and modern femininity, enhanced with a luxurious gold tone for a premium feel.

We built a fully responsive website that works flawlessly on all devices. The website features a chic pink color scheme, soft visuals using free and relevant stock images, and includes all essential pages: Services, Special Offers, Gallery, Blog, About, and Contact. We placed clear CTA buttons and Google Map integration for easy client navigation and booking.

We extended the brand across all visual materials: salon roll-up banners, glass sticker designs for windows and doors, business cards, flyers, and print-ready branding elements to create a visually cohesive in-salon environment.

On the digital front, we launched their Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, populated with professional visuals, reels, stories, highlights, and regular posts using our custom-designed templates. This ensured the online persona matched the premium experience offered in the salon.

For marketing, we supported the grand opening campaign by creating promotional videos that generated high engagement, organic reach, and a strong initial wave of new clients from the salon’s neighborhood and beyond.
